When you register, BetRepublic collects identification data such as your name, date of birth, address, email, phone number and a payment method. During verification we collect a copy of a government issued ID and a recent proof of address. During play we collect betting and gaming activity for compliance, anti fraud and responsible gambling purposes. We also collect device and connection information for security and analytics, including IP address, device type, browser version and approximate location.

None of this data is collected on a speculative basis. Personal data tied to the responsible gambling tools, such as deposit limits, loss limits, time outs and self exclusion, is treated with the same care as financial data.
